Situated along the southern dune road in the southern part of the Kgalagadi Park, Kieliekrankie Wilderness Camp offers self-catering accommodation in unique cabins, blending into the endless red dunes. The wide expanse of the Kalahari veld and dunes and wildlife roaming through the unfenced camp are your only companions, offering an exclusive and restful experience.

The Dune Cabins at Kieliekrankie are built on top of the endless dunes and each cabin has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Furnished with 2 single beds each, a maximum of 2 persons are accommodated in each cabin. The equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities on the deck provide all that is needed for a relaxing stay, shared with family or friends.
Each of the Dune Cabins are furnished with 2 single beds, accommodating up to 2 persons. A private bathroom with a shower and toilet is available and the water is heated by a gas geyser. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering purposes and has a gas fridge/freezer. Barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture are available on the deck of each cabin.
Kieliekrankie Wilderness Camp has no electricity but gas and solar energy is provided for the comfort of guests.
Attracting adventurous visitors who enjoy driving around the park on the lookout for the protected wildlife, the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park offers several trails - some of them being only accessible by 4x4-vehicles.
The Predator Interpretation Centre at Nossob Camp and the Raptor Interpretation Centre at Mata-Mata offer ample opportunity for learning about the predators and birds of prey living in the Kgalagadi and the hide at the waterhole provides opportunity for close encounters with the wild animals. Visit the Interpretation Centre at Twee Rivieren Camp to learn more about the history and lifestyle of the Khomani San.
